"Hey Melissa you want to go down the river in the raft?" asked Vannely
"Yeah sure lets go, but i just want you to know that i don't know how to swim so if the raft flips I'm not going to know what to do." I informed her
"Oh ok well it doesn't usually flip unless the river is to strong," Vannely added "But if it does flip just stay grabbed on to the raft ok don't let go whatever you do, because then i won't be able to help you."
"Okay I'll try my hardest to stay holding on." I answered a little scared
"Okay so are you ready to go then?" Vannely asked
"Yeah lets go." I replied trying to sound happy and not scared
As we where going down the river the current got strong and pushed us into a tree where the branches where falling down and we got stuck, but while we where stuck the current started pushing us more until finally the raft fliped when it fliped I tried to grab onto the raft, but i didnt get to grab it and the current started pulling me down the river if it wasn't for the rocks under me I would have drowned but since they where down there I would push my self up and keep myself from drowning. When finally I realized what was going on i started screaming "Vannely" and Vannely would sream "Melissa" and we would just scream back and forth to each other adn finally Vannely caught up to me and I got up on the raft and she did to, then when we thought everything was going good again we got pushed into this thing where the rocks would get lower and made the current go really fast and then we both fell off the raft again and right after that happend we got to the point where we would get out of the water and where it was shallow so some people helped us out and Vannely's mom was really scared because she thought we got hurt. After that we didn't go again because for 1.)I was to scared to go and 2.)this girl had gone in like we did and she got hurt really bad.
"That was fun but I'm never doing it again!" I told Vannely
"Why Melissa?" Vannely asked
"Because I'm not endangering my life again forget that, and anyways I don't like doing that kind of stuff." I replied
"Oh ok well I'm used to it so I'm going to do it again." Vannely said excited
"Ok well I'll wait for you here." I said wierdly
Now that i think back to those days i see how my life cud have ended and im suprised it didn't. The memory i have from that day is a scar on my leg and the stuff i have in my mind.

Good Friend Prompt Rewrite

"Hey Melissa can I tell u something?"Adi asked,"you promise you won't tell anyone what Im about to tell you?"
"Yeah I promise I'll keep it to myself."I awnsered

Everytime you promise something you shouldn't go breaking your promise's. If your friend wants to tell u something that they don't want nobody else to know it's because they trust you. When your friend trusts you it's because you must have showed them that you could be trusted so if they think they could trust you and they tell you a secret or somthing don't go tell everybody because you just hurt them that way and you would also only be hurting yourself because your losing a good friend. This is sometimes difficult to do because if u gt mad at that person your going to want to get back at and to get back at them your going to tell everybody what they told you not tell people and then your just going to make them feel worst and or your going to make your problems bigger. To be a good friend you need to remember these things because then when you have a good friend your not going to go and do something wrong to make that friend not like you anymore. I no this from expierience and it's not cool when you loose a friend it breaks your heart and your friends heart. Also to have a good friendship you can't lie to them and tell them something different from what you told other people if your going to tell them something you going to tell them the same exact thing you told everybody else because if they start talking about it they might tell someone else somthing you didn't want them to know.

Friend Prompt

I would describe my self as a truthful friend. I'm truthful because as hard as I try to keep own secrets I can't keep them to myself and I always come out with the truth. If my friends ever asks me if they look okay I have to tell the truth. When I'm lying about something I start laughing and I can't stop. If my friends ever ask me if they should do something or not I always have to give them my real opinion or else if I have nothing to say I just tell them its their decision to make,not mine. Sometimes the truth may hurt but if your going to be a truthful friend you're going to have to tell the truth about every thing even if it hurts you or your friends to say it. That's why I would be considered a truthful friend and eventually your friends will get over whatever you tell them.
